Just a quick post to let people know I am, in fact, still writing.

January was a dry month for me, much like it has been in the past few years. By which I mean: very little writing was done. I did do a few hundred words of the next Achluophobia fic, A Boy's Will, but that was all.

So I didn't quite accomplish my goals for this month.

I made it as far as a paragraph into the KakaIru (currently titled Today, Like All the Days Before) when I had hoped to make to further. I'm still flipflopping on it, and probably won't admit that I'll do it til I'm more than halfway in.

Last month I finally managed to put out the second chapter of And a Devil to Dance a Dirge With. This wasn't so much because I finally finished the chapter but more because I realised I was constircting myself by trying to add more, forcing the chapter, and that where I had it was actually ( Read more... )

During the past month, progress on And a Devil to Dance a Dirge With has been minimal at best, while I've more than doubled the size of As Evening Fades.

I'm hoping to have As Evening Fades out before the end of next month, but I won't rush it either. Current word count is around 2500 words, and I'm still in the beginning of the fic. I fully ( Read more... )
